AUD Workshop Series Prepares Student Founders to Pitch
Updated: 2 days ago
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (AEIC) at the American University in Dubai, in partnership with AcceMind, launched a two-part workshop series designed to guide students through the fundamentals of pitching and preparing for investment.
The first session, “Before the Pitch – Founder Readiness,” took place on 6 October and was led by guest speaker Dr. Usama Nouri, who shared practical insights on preparing to pitch.
The session focused on helping student entrepreneurs refine their core messages, validate their strategies, and build the confidence needed to communicate their ideas effectively. Through guided discussion, students examined what preparation is needed before pitching to investors.
AEIC will continue the series on 8 October with the second session, “Beyond the Pitch – Capital Readiness,” which will build on the first workshop and explore the next steps in preparing student ventures for investment.
